What is included in a TX Foster Fete Party Rental?

You rental includes the following: Bunn Ultra Machine (2 bowls - each is 3 gallons) Serving Cart 2x standard juice mixes (please see flavor menu) 50x cups 1x Box of Straws 1x Pack of Napkins Delivery/Setup/Pickup NOT included: Alcohol Drink signage Extra flavors (Additional $25)
How long will it take to properly freeze my beverage?

The Bunn Ultra will start to freeze within 60mins - however we strongly encourage padding yourself with 2 hours prior to the start time of your event for the best consistency and flavor!
How many servings can you expect from the Ultra Bunn Machine rental?

Expect about 75- 85 eight-ounce drinks For an event under 50 guests, 1 – 2 mixes & 1 machine will be perfect (standard booking) For an event with 50 – 75 guest you should order an additional mix ($25) For an event with 75 – 100 guest you should order 3 – 4 mixes & 2 machines For any larger size events, please shoot us a note to best accommodate!
Where do you deliver?

We deliver and pickup at any location within the Austin Metro & Waco/Hewitt areas! Additional Rates apply according to your location from TX Foster Fete Base Location of 78641 (Austin/Leander) or 76712 (Waco/Hewitt) 0-10 miles: Free 11-20 miles: $25.00 21-30 miles: $50.00 31+miles: $100 Please ensure that the delivery/setup area is clear of clutter for smooth and easy access. Any deliveries involving elevators, stairs, hills, slight inclines will need to be disclosed prior to delivery please.
What type of payments do you accept?

Note: Full payment is required to secure the rental of the Frozen Drink Machine. Accepted forms of payment: ApplePay via site Debit, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX Cash/Zelle: 510-681-6609 Checks, Paypal, Cash App and Venmo: NOT Accepted at this time
What's your cancellation/refund policy?

Reservations are Non-cancellable! Rescheduling or rebooking will only be granted with consent from a TX Foster Fete team members. Rentals cover a full 24hr period, unless revised arrangements are made and confirmed within the initial rental booking.
Any special type of electricity required?

Simply having a standard outlet (110 volt circuit) will do just fine. To avoid a potential power disruption please ensure that the circuit is dedicated to the machine only if possible.
Can my rental be outside?

We kindly ask that you to keep the Bunn Ultra Machine inside at all times. In the near future, we will have equipment to support outside temperatures soon.
