Cancellation Policy

No-Cancellation Policy Payment in Full to Secure Booking: Your date is not confirmed until we have received your full payment. Once payment is made, your reservation is secured, and we will not accept other bookings for that date. No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to: - Client cancellation - Change of mind or event theme - Inclement weather - Event cancellation or postponement by the client - Natural disasters or other "acts of God" - Government mandates or public health emergencies Rescheduling: We understand that sometimes plans change. While we do not offer cancellations, you may be able to reschedule your event date. - Rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to your original event date. - Rescheduling is subject to our availability on your requested new date. - If we are unavailable on your new date, the no-refund policy remains in effect. Our Commitment to You: In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will provide a full refund of your payment. By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this no-cancellation policy. We look forward to making your event a success!
